From guided and intense observations, to coaching and consulting, we’re here to provide your organization with the knowledge it needs to implement listening and spoken language strategies for your students with hearing loss.
Educational Consultations
Consultations support the professionals on a child’s educational team, including teachers of the deaf, speech-language pathologists, classroom and special education teachers and more. Whether you’re developing a new program for a student who is deaf or hard of hearing or looking to enhance an existing program, we can help.
Guided Observations
Guided classroom observations at the CID school in St. Louis help professionals learn techniques and strategies that facilitate classroom instruction. While you observe, CID staff discusses the overall curriculum and how you can successfully implement LSL objectives into your own setting. We tailor the observation schedule to meet your needs and we provide resources pertaining to the discussion.
Coaching
We provide coaching to professionals, helping them use listening and spoken language strategies while working directly with the student.
